Send a message via AIM to Jeff@TopGearSolutions
Bring the JB+ to 50%

How old are your spark plugs? IF they have more then 25,000 miles they likely need replacement.

After 8k miles I would check the plug before changing them or just try to swap your coil with another cylinder to see if the misfire follow the coil.

Since you have a JB+ the easiest test is to remove the JB+ and undo the solenoid bypass. Do a few WOT runs and see what happens. Since you are misfiring on three different cylinders, and your plugs are not that old, sounds like a sensor might be going/is bad. There are typically 5 sensors that seem to go bad on the N54: two TMAP sensors (charge pipe and manifold), two O2 sensors, and the low pressure fuel sensor. I would rule out the low pressure fuel sensor cause you would have different codes.

Lastly your HPFP could be on it's way out.
