Drivetrain clunk when I let off throttle?

08' E92 335i RWD w/ 60K, when driving on the highway and I let off the the throttle there is a cluck sound coming from the drivetrain I think, is this normal backlash in the gears? or maybe rear sub frame bushings? Anyone else experience this? Thanks
