JB4 with E85 on map 5, but only running e85 everyone once in a while?

I'll be ordering a JB4 soon here and was looking into the e85 options with it. There are relatively few stations here that sell it so I realistically wouldn't likely be able to get it every fill up do to the logistics of doing so. If the map self tunes would this end up working out ok or would it getting used to the e85 mixed in and then a switch to straight 91 make for some unsafe conditions on the 91 only until it re-adjusts? I like the benefits of the e85 combo but don't want to have an unhappy motor if I can't always have a perfect mix.

When going from an E85 mix (a high % more importantly) down to straight 91, just switch maps to get out of map 5, then go to map 5 again. That will reset map 5's learning and will put you back to safe boost/timing levels. Takes a second to do.
