What Car? 330 or 335....... - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum

Hey all

In a bit of a dilemma at the moment, was hoping you petrol heads could give me some useful info on any of these cars, 330 and 335, I or D. I have a everyday car which will be my 523i and am now looking to get something that will make me smile. In fact, I wish I had bought it instead of the 5er, damn wife for being practical! Have maximum of £15000 and undecided on the above cars. I am however, leaning over to the petrol variant as I will not be using it everyday, work (which is only 15mls there and back) and on the odd weekends. Over to you guys/girls!!!

Got to be petrol.

I had a 335i and after being loaned a 330i for two days I sold the 335i.
335i was mapped and seriously quick, quicker than my CSL, but all in all it is a turbo so can get a bit boring, power is always there and you never have to work it.

I wouldn't say that either are that fun though to be honest, if you have a 5 series as well get a nice 130i M-Sport or a 135i coupe..

Somehow the 35i engine seems to work in that go kart.

petrol since you don't do much milege

This is a bargain and a half mate, it's got all the goodies, low miles and is just about near your budget
