Here is a Quick video i made on how to remove and re install the valve body. hope this helps. hopefully people with the older pre-03/07 valvebodys can maybe try to upgrade to a newer one and get the flash. best of luck to whoever tries it and update us with your progress!

ajm8127 on the other forum contacted me a while back saying he wanted it to take apart and possibly write a new TCU software for the transmissions. contact him, if he dosen't want it anymore its yours.

Wonder if we can get a picture of a pre 02/07 build to see if any differences are visible. If not the. A quick swap to see what it does

if Anyone local with a pre-03/07 with some trans fluid, ill drop their valve body to compare and put back together an hour tops.

Sammy please shoot him a PM I'm kinda Neg repped out over there, as much as I want another flash in think there are a great number of early build guys that would benefit from the info we can provided. I my self am building a 10/07 Trans and will report any trans swap issues. Most would like to just swap the VB.

I can pull the VB on my Pre 3/07 build and post pics. That Trans is sitting on a bench at FFtec. You should be able to confirm that VB with Sammie's.

Another thought is pull the VB and send to Sammy to have him confirm if their is indeed a mechanical difference between pre and post 03/07

damn sorry to heat shit gets out of hand sometimes over there. as far as coding the VB to your car you really gotta get it planed out, i hear they can be a roal pain, every module had to be paird with it. hence the reason I'm not using the vlavebody in the video for my car and i just shipped my fried VB to level 10 so they deal with it and give me a lifetime warranty. ill shoot him a PM but the last time i spoke to him he couldn't wait to get his hands on it :/

if you can pull the valve body out take pictures of the valve body itself and the transmission without the valve body in it. i should be able to tell. and if anyone wants to ship me their VB id be more than happy to check the fitment with the trans i have or if its in my car the blown one I'm pulling out of it.

, If the hardware fits. the the software is the only roadblock left. and hopefully it can be figured out.
