Vishnu Tuning

I recently purchased a used Procede Rev3 from a local guy and immediately after installing I noticed something wasn't quite right. A couple of days later the car went into limp mode. I emailed Vishnu and got a response the same day telling me to check codes which led me to find the issue with the charge pipe. After replacing the charge pipe the car continued to 'sputter' from time to time and lose power and the code I pulled was 12159 so I ran the data logger and sent it Rob at Vishnu who again responded quickly. They were unable to determine the issue so they sent me a brand new unit. They are aware I purchased the unit used as they sent me the firmware to upload to clear the VIN lock. Not many places would send a new unit to replace when they knew was purchased use with no charges or expectations attached. Outstanding job and it's nice to know there are still vendors that put an emphasis on customer service when they're not holding their hand out for a check.
