Removing window trim

hi does anyone know how the piece of trim ( horizontal black piece just above my crude red line ) comes off on the photo? And how much they are from BMW?

I was up in Chester last week, the drive home at night was lovely with no traffic and clear roads.

No idea I'm afraid on costs of parts. Yeah nice thrashing apart from the endless roadworks. Yes my sis has just bought an apartment on wharf view, overlooking the cannel, lovely.

My guess is around 30. Difficult to remove without damaging.
