16 Hours Detail+CQUARTZ Applied

Spent 16 hours on my car; that includes spot scratches and swirls removing with compound and polishing. After fixing some scratches and swirls; car was washed to strip off compound, polish and wax, that was important to strip off everything so CQUARTZ can stick with the paint. Car was dried and Carpro CQUARTZ was applied

enjoy pics

Looks good.

Where is the product list that was used to achieve this result? (Machine, compound, polish etc)

here is the list and steps.

1. Washed rims and tires with SONAX Wheel Cleaner
2. Washed 1Z Einszett Exclusiv Gloss Shampoo and dried with Microfiber
waffle weave drying towels
3. Some swirls and light scratches were removed using Porter Cable 7424 with Meguiar's Correction Compound, paint was already 90% good.
4. Polished with Meguiar's Deep Crystal Polish using Porter Cable 7424
5. Dodo Juice Lime Prime Lite Cleaner Glaze with Blue Pad
6. Wolfgang Füzion Carnauba Polymer Estate Wax was applied.
7. Washed again with 1Z Einszett Exclusiv Gloss Shampoo
8. Washed again with Chemical Guys All Clean+ Citrus Based APC to make
sure all compound, polishes and wax are gone.
9. Once water stopped beading off the car it was time to dry the car.
10. Tires were dressed with Opti-Bond Tire Gel
11. Tape all plastic,trim etc
12. Follow the instructions and apply CQUARTZ

Have fun

maybe it's just the photos, but the reflections are looking pretty hazy. kind of like if you didn't let the polish break down enough, or you went too aggressive without using a finishing polish.

No wait a minute. If Cquartz was applied then why would you do step 6? I find this kind of hard to believe. Either you used Fuzion as your LSP or Cquartz. No one in their right mind will apply and strip a $200 dollar wax...

So which was it boss? Fuzion or Cquartz?

i'm a bit confused, you polished the car, then put on a glaze, then waxed the car. then stripped it and applied CQUARTZ?

Next time stop with the glaze step. No need to waste such a nice wax only to strip it off to days later. The Glaze would hold you over those two days.
