Hello Ottawa...
Sal here to officially notify Ottawa members of our new thread.
This way we can physically meet to discus issues, DIY classes, and help each other if someone needs a hand with an upgrade or mod.
Also great for posting For Sale items, wanted items, ect. It's a lot easier to physically look at a set of tires then to order them from another member say in Vancouver or Florida.

I wish I had a 330xi with winter tires right now... heck, given this morning's commute, make it a helicopter

Hey, I hear ya. I might not be from Ottawa, but around Montreal it was the same. But wait, I don't commute anymore (yeah!). Sorry guys. I sympatize with you... And yes the XI handled the snow quite well. But the E90 is not either.

yeah, I'm not liking this winter so far. Too wet for my taste. I can't keep the car clean!!!

A meet is a good idea!

How have your winter tires held up so far in the snow ??
what tires do you have?

If you consult the Montreal thread you'll see a lot of discussions around winter tires. Personnally, I still have my Toyos and they are great even for second season tires. Byt people seem to like a lot the Dunlops.

My car arrived Jan 5th. I didn't need any software upgrade. YET.
Is there supposed to be one?
