Do not ever buy from this guy. I had been texting him for a week and bought a plane ticket to go get the car this week. I texted him to say that I was excited and ready to go, and he said "sold" in return. This guy is the biggest scumbag and a terrible business man. We had a gentleman's agreement and I had taken time to set up an inspection at the local bmw dealership, and organized my work schedule to get down there and this is how he treats me. He sold it without even letting me know! NEver Never Never buy from this guy

I told you to send a deposit and you want to take forever to do everything. First come first serve bro, I'm not going to wait for you to come here without any money down, so I'm not sure if you're buying it. Quit crying with the 31k offer you gave me. If you wanted the car bad enough, you shouldve taken a faster approach for it, instead of trying to sell me a BMW from your spealership.

hahahah. $31,000?? Stop trying to make yourself look better. Your unbelievable. I told you I would you put $500 down and you said "no it's ok." Which obviously means you were talking with another person about buying the car. For everyone that read what this guy said in the past post, our deal was for $35,500, not $31,000. He's trying to make himself look good. He's a lying scumbag. He's just embarrassed for how he handled this and doesn't care about anyone but himself. Eat shit Nhan

He also wanted to slip into a new 5 series. I told him I could get him a good deal on one and wasted countless hours taking pictures of cars we had on our lot. I also spent time getting him the lowest deal we could get at our dealership so we could work out a deal. He said he doesn't know what he wants so he just wants to sell his car outright. We agreed on $35,500 for his car and he told me to buy my plane ticket for this week to pick up the car. I texted him yesterday telling him I'm excited and ready for Wednesday. All he texted me back was "sold." Worst seller I have ever dealt with. He's a two faced liar and is too embarrassed to admit it. I hope you realize how full of shit you are and may god have mercy on your soul.

Relax dude shit happens act like a proper businessman yourself as you say you are. I work at a dealer to and it is a shitty situation but there is no need to keep going in with it and act like a child yourself, just going down to his level as you put it.

And again no big loss dude another cookie cutter e9x anyway nothing special about it and very norm and boring IMO

Is there proof that he refused the deposit??? To me, that means everything in this debate.

I did refused the PayPal deposit. What's the point? Take you 3-5 days for it to clear in the bank. The buyer comes next week, can possibly back out if he sees something he doesn't like. Requests refund via paypal. Why would I risk losing other potential buyers on a big purchase? "AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FA DAT"

It is, and it's sold to someone who didn't mind buying their own flight ticket to get the car instead of nickle and diming everything.

This Nhan character is cracking me up. He agreed to a deal at $35,500 and told me to buy my plane ticket. He then told me he would pick me up at the airport and drive me to get it inspected. He kept asking me what day was good and I told him Wednesday, which he agreed to. I buy my plane ticket last week and text him saying I am looking forward to getting the car. If I didn't text him, I would have flown down there for nothing. He didn't even have the decency to tell me it was sold. I had to get it out of him. I am an honest man and a very pleasant buyer. Nhan is a two faced liar and a terrible seller. Noone should ever treat a buyer the way he did. He is a complete waste of time. Bottom line= He agreed to a deal, then fucked me over. Unbelievable. If this forum had some sort of way of reporting him I would do it in a heart beat.
