Thanks for all of the nice responses. I decided I needed to sit down with the owners manual today and learn more about my car. I just found out about the backrest width adjustment! I never noticed that extra little button on the front of the seat!
So I've ordered a detailing kit (Porter Cable buffer, clay kit, waxes, polishes, sealers, etc.), a V1 (ticket insurance), and I'm getting ready to pull the trigger soon on a JB4. Let the obsession begin!

P.S. Love the LCI's and if I had opted for four doors, then LCI wold have been a must, but pre-LCI coupes are beautiful too, so i was smitten!

53,000. Kinda high for a 3 year old car, but judging from the previous owners presets in the NAV, this was their weekend road-trip car!

I need to see the painted reflectors IRL. They just don't look right to me in the pictures, I guess because they still have rough edges.

Nope, it's AT, which I'm fine with being that it's my DD, and it's seeing stop n' go traffic during the week. The shift software on this car is completely different from the AT on the 325i, so it's very nice.

The wife got to drive it for the first time Friday night. (We have an '06 325i, so she's familiar with BMW). Came back with a huge smile on her face!
