Stock 328 header flange bolts

Are the stock e92 header flange bolts removable? I installed a new exhaust system but while doing so I snapped a bolt. I tried soaking bolts in pb blaster, hammering, and heat. They won't move. Please help....

Just go buy some nickel plated grade 8 bolts, washers and nuts from a hardware store. Use some anti seize and be happy!

Keep at the pb blaster. Do you have air tools?

I am assuming you are talking about #5 in the diagram?

If so, yes, the bolt is removable, let the PB Plaster soak over night and keep applying it. Not knowing how much of the both is sticking out from where it snapped off, one possible solution, if a BFH wont work, is to you a sea clamp to try and press it out.

Thanks I'll try the clamp method. Tried pb blaster for three days. If all fails, I'm going to purchase AA headers. Only problem now if I get AA headers I won't have any cats. Already removed secondary cats.

AFE makes a catted header, which they claim will add about 15 horsepower. By the way, which exhaust system did you install?
