wanna Tuck those shoes

so have a 335i (NON SPORT) with brand new 19' diablo lionhearts w/ 235-35-et40 front and 265/30-et40 rear.... seems like there is so much room still. dont think H&R sport will be enough....How low is the H&R race and what are we looking at with rubbing issues. I wanna be tuckin those wheels but be able to drive into parking lots etc and driveways w/o serious scrapps. Talk to me Boyz.... not looking for coil overs.... and im i going to need new shocks if going with race..Thanks
