Tommy,

Can you perform an alignment on my E60 (2004 545i) equipped with Active Steering? I was told BMW uses "special" equipment for aligning cars with AS. Any truth to that? Please PM me details. I am very interested in coming out to your shop. Also looking to polish my headlights and possibly front bumper repair.

There is truth to that. I would say no, we can not do the active steering alignment. Now...it can be done possibly but not the way that BMW does with the special tool set.

As for the other items, come on by and lets get 'er done

Some more candy for the weekend. Peter brought us this MONSTER to do an M-tech front and rear swap along with a carbon trunk install.

Still have some specials going:

PDR-$100 and up depending on complexity
Bumper paint and install $250-300 depending on modification of Aftermarket part (Dupont waterborne paint with lifetime warranty, unlike other shops)
Full interior and exterior detail-$150

What else are you going looking for????? Bring it on....

I'd just like to take a few moments to acknowledge the fine work done by Tommy and his team at Coleman. Brought my car in with some damage from a piece of cement or a rock that came off a dump truck and landed on my bumper/hood and skipped up to hit my windshield. Since it was a comp claim on my insurance I could've taken it anywhere, but I chose Tom from the great things I'd read on this thread. He provided me with a loaner car for the duration of my work which saved me money (insurance only covers rental for $20 per day). From start to finish, Tom was extremely responsive and detail-oriented. As a bimmer owner and enthusiast himself, Tom understands how meticulous we are and treated my car like it was his own. Despite being extremely busy, he asked if he could keep the car one more night as there was one imperfection that he wanted to address before giving the car back. Lesser shops would have just let it go and hope I didn't see it, but not Tom. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car to Tom for any body work or other services they offer in the future.

EDIT: I'll take some proper pics to post after I wash her this weekend!

thumbs up for Tom n coleman autobody

had to get rear brakes done out of maintenence warranty dealer quoted $750 .
Did the same job for far less than that at colemans and money saved was used to repair rims, balancing, alignment, and cf splitters
didnt have my car for two days but Tom got me a loaner and emailed updates on my car almost twice a day.
