Hi, since about 2 weeks i have a P2030 code (fuel fired heater performance)
What is the faulty part related to this code ???

No effect on the car. If i clear it i can beat the car and the code does not appear.

Garage List
2009 BMW 335d  [3.75]
Hard to say. Could be anything most likely related to fuel or emissions would be my guess.

Could it be the cabin heat (as oppose to the electric/ceramic cabin heat)?

+1. I thought 2030 was implausible intake air temp sensor reading.

I would set & see if it comes back. Any tunes/piggy-backs? Do you have access to a BMW-specific reader? If so, I'd see if this doesn't offer you some more valuable information.

I reset it all the time.
The code only appear after a restart.
When i reset it, i can run 2 hours full trottle and no code. If i shut down the engine, the next time i will start the car (after 1 min or 12 hours) the code will appear after about 10 seconde but no effect on the performance of the car.

Hi, i have re-check the code with a better code reader and the code is finally P203A. That code refer to a sensor in the DPF active tank. I have just refill the active tank and the code is gone. Yes !

Which devices did you use to read the codes before and after?
