JB4 Meth Help!

-I installed my BMS meth kit last weekend and Im try to get it running right.. My first couple of runs show meth at only 85% and boost at around 14.5 psi. So when I got off work today I pulled out the nozzle (cm10) and did a couple of test sprays. The spray looked good, it was even and continuous. I then pulled the nozzle apart to check for anything that might be slowing flow...looked good. Im not seeing any air bubbles in the feed line either?? So I put it back together and did 3 test runs. The first run the car felt really strong and it looks like I was able to get some decent boost..Meth flow still inst 100% though, looks like 94% is as high as it went. Test runs 2 and 3 the car didnt feel as strong and the logs are less impressive Any help is greatly appreciated as Im heading to the track tomorrow!

-Something else that may or may not have anything to do with my problem... Under the JB4 settings tab it says JB4 G5 ISO? According to my firmware (7/22/12//0) I have a G4? I bought my JB4 new and never changed any settings.. Could this be a problem?

-JB4, WW BMS meth, DCI, Borla mid

If you purge the lines it shouldn't have any air bubbles, also did you set the meth addative, boost limit, and meth scaling using your computer?

Mine did no matter what...Tank was sucking air at the tank fitting...I went Devils own with SS lines and have never had a trace of air or leak.

What Tank did you have? I'm using the 2.2G Black tank that hides the pump inside. I haven't had any problems yet.

I set up the meth as per the BMS meth instructions except I changed the additive to 30 for now (running chicago 93 oct).. The only thing I did different today was power purge the car with it running so I have to guess that was the problem?? The average timing actually dropped today as the rpm's increased and it looks like I averaged around 15.2 pounds of boost, with a 30 additive I think thats what it should be? Im just happy it showed 100%! My old S60r didnt like meth this much!... Thanks again Rob!

Consider yourself lucky...I had the black Coolmist tank...leaked air like crazy, so did my buddies.

Thats the same one I'm running, I got my mechanic to do my install and the ran the wires under the car as well, not inside. Now im getting scared that it might mess up later on lol. If I just use the stainless steel lines to replace the once that my mechanic use, will that ensure it wont fail?

When did you get yours, they upgraded the fitting at the tank....Terry has them. To convert to stainless steel lines you have to use 4-AN fitting and they are not compatible with your current tank. I think Terry also offers upgraded fittings everywhere now (compression fittings).
