Cobb tune hesitation on acceleration

335is running Cobb Aggressive Tune Stage 1+ Stock Throttle. ETS FMIC, AFE intake, 93 octane gas. On sudden acceleration car pulls strong but hesitates a bit. This is observed with DTC off. It seems to get a little better after it is driven a few hundred miles. Is this part of the ECU adjustment process? Has anyone else noticed this?

Same behavior observed with Stage 1+ Sport mode as well. In all cases I run stock throttle mapping, haven't tried linear throttle yet.

Thanks!

Go linear. It will feel smoother.

I enjoy the ST over LT after driving each for a month or so back to back. I like the instant boost rather then gradual buildup. Also my new IC made the ST map seem smoother than before. But then I'm also running aggressive +FMIC

I could be wrong but my best guess is injectors are slowly going - I've read it somewhere here before.

I've got the same feeling and i'm running stage 1+ aggressive with VRSF 7" ic and DCI.

I've logged and logged and it all looks fine so i'm not to worried, i'm ordering downpipes as we speak and will see if this feeling i'm getting is just the time and "lag" for the turbos to spool up witch should be better with Dps.

Thanks, I will let ECU adjust a bit more, and then log several pulls...

logs, default parameters should be enough to determine. start the log before you go WOT to make sure teh hesitation part is logged.

Like they've mentioned above, logs with the appropriate values would be helpful to diagnose the issue.
How many miles on the motor? Have the valves been cleaned? Spark plugs changed within the last 15k miles? Cleaning my valves and changing my plugs removed a slight hitch I was getting after going WOT. Cobb St 1 Agg LT with some ATR adjustments for e85.

Check for vacuum leaks. Also your diverter valves could be leaking boost.

Oil in IC is normal. Probably wouldn't hurt to change your plugs.

Or WGDC has to be adjusted. I had huge problems with that on my RB turbos as their WG are much stiffer than the OEM ones. Still have a little bit of that hesitation, hope that Dzenno will be able to completely eliminate it over time.
