I actuall went down to Stage 1 + Sport, and hesitation is still there.. Not as bad as Aggressive, but still noticable..

I did install ATR, but not educated enough to start mocking with it...

Cobb tune

My 08 E90 is also hesitating a little after stg1 aggressive!
I emailed Cobb and he said that my log was normal!

Just check if throttle is closing, tps column. You can also open the log with the appropriate excel to graph it. Search for the cobb logging thread and user zasquatch which made a awesome excel to open cobb logs.

I just uninstalled my tune to take to the dealer and didn't realize how much better the throttle response feels on the stock tune. A bit less power, but it seems to take right off even in D (dct)...always had some hesitation even when brand new. Could be mental but it seems instant when I touch the gas.

I have the same issue, I'm on linear throttle, as the boost increases there are sudden points where the cars pulls harder, almost like the power band is a step wise increase, I have forge dvs, at 26k miles, don't think my plugs have been changed yet, running stage 2 aggressive fully catless.

Mine has gotten a little better.. I loaded Stage 1 + Linear throttle and hesitation was worse.. Besides, I didnt like throttle feel, like I was driving my old Honda civic with cable controlled throttle.

Cobb update 4.02 on aggressive maps fixed the issue. It is smooth now..

Or WGDC has to be adjusted. I had huge problems with that on my RB turbos as their WG are much stiffer than the OEM ones. Still have a little bit of that hesitation, hope that Dzenno will be able to completely eliminate it over time.

Why is it unnecessary? Am having the same problems with mine. Power is immense but just having this issue at the moment.

Mine was doing this after uninstall/re-install for dealer visit. Felt like turbo lag had increased.
After a couple of hundred miles, went away completely and pulling strong.
