Nope. Completely flat boost curve (logs will be posted later today). We have a hunch as to what causes the little dip between 6300-6700rpm. Should have it confirmed/solved by late next week.

I'd hardly call that a dip, more like a deviation. Looks like the natural torque curve that suddenly changes direction. I'd call it a dip if torque started decreasing initially at a higher than natural rate (which it didn't).

Ah well, looking forward to the logs and the 700whp non-meth run.

Very impressive Shiv! Incredible #'s.

IMG - I wonder if we'll ever hit 700whp STD with the VT3?

Google up smoothing and you'll understand You should ask all the dynos to display the true data for true comparison rather than artificially smoothed data.

I donít think Vishnu was cheating on his prior use of 5 smoothing. I just think he was using the same criteria to display info as everybody else. The word smoothing is self explanatory.

I was just wondering why after all these posted ST graphs suddenly we have a epiphany & go from 5 to 0.

Please troll elsewhere. You're the only person, ever, to have a problem with NOT applying an smoothen factor to a dyno. The idea was to show how it pulled with no filtering. The only thing I'm hiding here is the highest power run of the day. Perhaps you have a problem with that too

Not so fast!

Myself and many other members are waiting for this "safe" 91 run with datalogs you've been holding back on.

Censorship is not the answer.

If you want to troll, troll on another forum. I still have turbo pics, logs and the pump gas dyno to post up later today when I get to the office. Currently at a tire shop getting my rear tires replaced. Sorry I can't satisfy your schedule. I'm sure you have very pressing things to do

This forum is so full of bickering between non potential customers, it's actually funny! Seems every week big exciting things are happening for the community, and we should applaud the efforts of those who ARE making it happen.

I'm excited for what's to come!

Very nice numbers Shiv. Very nice indeed. The N54 turbo development wars are so good for the companies that design, build, and sell the systems and the consumers that buy them. It reminds me of Rocky and Apollo getting every last bit of strength from each other in the ring. In the end after the bell rang and the dust settled all they had left was the memories of what they accomplished together in the spirit of competitiveness and hard work. (I know Rocky is a fictional story but art imitates life and life imitates art) Great job and thanks for your hard work.

I'm looking forward to no meth results myself.

And results for regular 91/93 octane would be awesome too.

Nonetheless, congrats on the record and I'm glad you're starting to push your ST kit that much more. No reason to hold back anymore right?!

Ian, the turbo kit that is on Captain's car with the 6466 upgrade will sell for $8154. The cost of the 6466 turbo is around $300 more than the 6262 and still has their CEA compressor and turbine wheels.
So...since the turbo is $300 more, the kit is ~1400 more? Could you please elaborate?

Not trolling. Inquiring about data you said existed - since you were on the dyno last night.

You did manage to produce an overlay with VTT while out of the shop yet continue to ignore this simple request from many members.

Let me know when the "safe" 91 dyno and logs will be posted and I will stay mute until then.

Censorship is not the answer.
