Another Tire Thread...

Long story short, I had got a deal on P-Zeros but the shop delayed my order and now gave my money back and said they could not order the tires anymore. (Indie shop, since they gave my money back with no issues I'll not disclose the name.)

So, now I need 4 summer tires, I was checking simply tire and those are my options:

Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110
Michelin Pilot Sport AS Plus
Pirelli P-Zero

I have had a very good experience with the Hankooks and I'm leaning towards them again, but I really like the "design" of the P-Zeros.

They are all in the 800 and change price range for the whole set (225/R18 Square), also if you have suggestions for other places with a better price or other recommended brand model please speak out

michelin pilot super sport. + $70 rebate

simplytire is great and they beat most prices

I have always got them to price me at Tirerack before shipping and dutues + $100 or less depending on tire

U don't want to drive over to Buffalo and have it done there ?

If you swap out the old with new ones while over, then no need to declare.

any love for GY F1 Eagle Asymmetrics 2 ?

I had the 1st gen one. They are pretty good. The wet traction can be better. I think the gen 2 has addressed this.

I think I'm ending up with the Hankooks again

the Michelin PSS are not the top ones and they look like all season tires, and the Pzeros even tho I really like the design I have not heard good things about them.

In a different note, I want to get my callipers painted metallic orange, simply tire said that they can do if I bring the paint, does anyone knows where I can buy high temp paint for that colour ?

Better prices on discounttiredirect.com than tirerack.com shipped to Canada. I found this when I bought from discount tire for my mini, and I see that again with the BMW tires. I am going to by the S.Drives and they dont even have those on tire rack.
