KW V1's not seated correctly?

So I recently did the install on my KW V1's and I dont think they are seated correctly as my fronts dont seem to go as low as others. Im dropped all the way down and it still has a finger gap while others have like 5-6 threads left and its tucking tire.

Referencing the picture below, does the groove need to seat all the way down into the bracket? Mine doesnt.

Heres a picture of the front for reference on my car. Ill try and get the wheel off and get a picture of the install when I get a chance, if needed.

No way they can be mixed up as the shocks must go in accordingly to the slot on the hub otherwise he wouldn't be able to bolt everything back together.

Not sure if the XI models can be lowered as much as the RWD models. I think the front upper guide support on the XI is different, and could add a bit of height.
