That's good to hear. Did you guys have wheel hop before this that was immediately fixed after you got your kit?

I don't get wheel hop at all, except on a hard launch with bad traction at the track.

I had really bad wheel hop.....I had it up to 60-70 mph depending on weather. This kit eliminated it completely and car launches a lot better!

A bump from a fellow modded E93!

Keep pushing the platform buddy! If you haven't already changed your battery to Voltphreaks, you should! Shaves off an easy 20+kg off the car, that and an exhaust like HPF Gen 2, you would be already a quarter towards matching the weight of an E92.

Might help, idk

I personally love the E93 and glad they ate people like you guys missing them. My mufflers alone where almost 80 lbs....full of water with no drain!

CF decklid passenger seat removal driver seat recaro replacement #becauseracecar!!

hopefully will do that and need to get rid of OEM wheels.

had it towed to my buddies house (closer tow) then yesterday morning i went and picked up a trailer and towed it to my shop. replaced the axle in 1 hour!!
i was originally gonna do it in his drive way but no air tools ._.

They all tend to break in the exact same way seems like there is a weld right there i wonder if I TIG weld the oem seam that it would hold up a lot better? might start a new thread for this.

i really need to solve my half shaft breaking issue.

I got the vorsteiner boot lid on my E93. Holding the stock one vs the vorsteiner was a big difference. Not to mention totally changed the look of the car.

Can't justify spending money on looks... But it's also performance... Lol but it's so damn expensive!!

Boot lid

Yeah it hurt dropping that much on it. But worth it to me. Changed the look of car. Much lighter then stock. Our cars are heavy enough.
Sucks that DSS doesn't make axles for our cars.

I prefer the Duke Dynamic's version of the lid (i think it flows the curves better), but thats just a matter of personal preference. Both cost TOO much IMHO. :P

But i digress, sorry OP.

Not yet at the power level in which I'm breaking a half shaft or two, but if I ever do get there, I know who to get in touch with.

Sammy, try the TIG weld, let us know how it fares!

Sammy , we got DSS going to make upgraded halfshafts for AT cars.

And even better , broken halfshafts can be used as cores good news for you if you still have all the old ones laying around.

They still need one intact set to do initial measuring before production.

I can add you to the list ?

We are 6 so far today , 7 with you.

I'm on my phone from now on, I need a new laptop. Funds for axles just went to a new Mac
I don't have the 3 that I broke over time I do have my left one that I broke and a right one, but I might be able to dig in the shop yard for the other 3 if they weren't scrapped away
