Engine acting up

Lately my engine has been acting up, seems like this only happens 5 mins of driving, still warming up. Iím at a complete stop with brakes applied and the engine starts to rumble, the car starts shaking and it jerks forward. Car is a 2010 328xi with 19K miles. Can anyone guess what it might be?

Same thing have a n51 from Cali. When I let go of the brakes it feel all fucked up and I'm thinking its that brake creep thing as when I stop or move when it's cold it's real antsy. This is my first bmw and I hate the feature. Looking at going to a dealer to get it disabled to see if it makes a difference.

if it jerks forward when you are still on the brakes like it has more power than it should at idle, it is probably something in the valvetronic system

My car does something similar, when I'm in a rush and I start up and throw it in drive with the breaks on, the car jerks forward

It's happens once in awhile. I haven’t done an oil change since I bought the car, hoping fresh oil will make it better. Also, when I’m at a complete stop and then apply gas, the car will feel as if the brakes are still applied and then jerks/limps to next gear.

I still probably have warranty but I don’t want to deal with the dealership. I’m having my coilovers and wheels put on soon so I’ll ask the mechanic to take a look.
