Non BMW - 20 year old paint (ford)

I have a beater 1993 ford ranger that has old oxidized nicked up dented crap paint on it.

what is the easiest and "cheapest" way to bring some life back into it?

... something like the $19.99 late night commercial crap.

also trying to prevent (more) rust.... might do some plastic dipping to ha

pics later when I get on my computer

nufinish, the once a year car polish!.....

I would rather use a combo of something to get the job done, start with meguiars ultimate compound, then T3 resin glaze, finish with a synthetic polymer wax

Ugh rather not spend all afternoon detailing a 20 year old truck , remember I don't really give a damn about this thing looks wise, it is a beast those, rangers last forever. (famous last words..)

Nu finish is what I even thought... I want to put as little time into as possible.... Once I get a pic you will see why . ..it's actually not bad, but the bed rails are in awful shape and scratched to hell

I would just run a few passes of G3, then G6 to finish it off. Then a sealant.
There's no "easy" way to doing this. I spent many $$$ on countless products to realize there's shortcuts.

TR3 is about the same price as nufinish, I have used both, TR3 is the far superior product, can be used alone or with other products

Oh just read more carefully, if your looking for something to quickly do the job and don't care much then some nufinish will suffice. Use a rotary tool to get a better finish.

Rhino lining for the bed/rails. Best $200+ I ever spent on a vehicle. I just throw anything in the back now, and still no worries about dents/scratches/rust.

BUT, every 6-12 months I still do a nice polish and seal on the rest of my Sonoma
