750i loaner today - pretty impressive

Got a '12 750i with xDrive loaner at BMW of Reading (PA) today. This is one nice car. In fact, I can't imagine a nicer cruising machine. Plus, the engine accelerates very nicely - better than my '10 E92 328i (with xDrive).

Way too big for me, but it is one sweet car. If only it didn't cost $10K more than my first house.

PS - As with most BMW's, the stock audio quality leaves a lot to be desired. The Hyundai Genesis has much nicer audio.

It would cost more to get repaired than your first house. These are expensive boats to maintain.

Yep, but it's nothing like the old GM boats. This thing has some cojones under the hood. Plus, it allows the driver to set up the suspension in "sport" mode.

Man you're lucky. Every time I get a loaner it's an X3. This time I got an X1! Not my cup of tea... :

Wow you're lucky they never give the high priced cars out as loaners. If I had to pick a luxury car I'd go with a S class though.

damn, I wish they'd give me one of those.

I always get a choice between 328, c300, x3, or glk

I usually choose the c300 just for a change

My loaner is a shuttle. And not a space shuttle - those are retired.

Lmao when I did my battery recall fix last week they gave me the crappiest pos yaris. The thing struggled getting up to 60kph (40mph), and the whole thing would shake and vibrate beyond that speed. I got on the highway and thought it would explode and kill me. I pulled over and cried for 5 minutes because I missed my humble little 328 so much compared to that thing lol.

I have only gotten 328s as loaners. I was once offered an X1 but I turned it down, lord knows why... In retrospect I would have liked to have tried it out.

I have gotten multiple 328's, an F30 and a Camry as loaners. Oh, and I have ridden in the VW Routan shuttle. I'm getting a loaner first week in may, has anyone requested a specific vehicle?
