I noticed the "rolex" engraved letters on the inside of the bezel in this pic. I inquired, and I was told that only the newer Subs have that inner-bezel engraved letters. Your watch in the pic has the older style case with the holes for the strap pins, but the newer style engraved bezel. Just wondering about that, did you have the newer bezel installed?

I have only one watch, my Sub, and I love mine as well.

14060M (non date sub) as pictured have an engraved rehaut and lug holes, they are a bit different than the more common 16610.

Aaahh, I see. Thanks very much.

I only have my date Sub, but having gained interest in fine watches, I've learned to notice small details.

I'm saving for my next watch, but kind of lost now that I've researched, there's a thousand watches I'd love to own but can't afford.

Just bought myself an Orange monster for Xmas. Just wore it today for the first time. This is one cool watch, especially for the money. It's nicer than a lot of more expensive watches.

Which at the end of the day, is the way you have measure any luxury purchase....you dont need a 3er, a Maxima will do the same basic thing, but for all of us, the extra $ spend makes us happy.

A bit off topic, but can anyone PM me some recommendations for a decent watch winder? Preferably, something that winds 2 watches but can hold a couple more - and doesn't cost an arm or a leg. Any links will be appreciated. Thanks!

After quite a bit of research (willing to spend enough, but not a ridiculous amount of $), I decided to buy a Brookstone double watch winder online. This is one of those products that is sold by "one of those companies" that most people say "Wow you're an idiot for buying a watch winder from Brookstone." (and I generally NEVER buy anything from there, I don't like the store). But I've had it for about a year, I've never had any problems, it has several speed settings so that you won't under/overwind your watches needlessly as long as you look up which setting is appropriate for the watch, and it looks nice.

I have the ACCURATIC automatic watch winder and it's awesome. The motor is very quiet and you can attach other winders to it.
