I cant seem to get in touch with him, i have been trying for over a month now. He told me he would send me a new bulb because of my bulb changed colors during the warranty. I sent the bulb back with my order info and cant get a repsonse on here or by email? any one else have any other ideas?

Oh he's been pulling that for over 3 years already. I still don't know why he is still a vendor here. He has the worse customer service and the worse replacement. I even think he's worse than e92-lighting.

i just want my headlight back a replacement is only 25 bucks but it would be another month at least if i placed the order.

Hello, I bought a kit on December and received it at the end of january ... One of the two bulbs had a problem ( one wire detached ) during the installation... I ordered new bulbs on early february ... I never received anything. I tried to join alex during 2 months several emails PMs ... He never answered me. I gave up.

I found replacements bulbs on ebay, I have to check it will will work with alpine kit.

Nothing unusual happening here. Get rid of them before they turn your rings yellow and pick some lux. At least they wont ruin your headlights and they actually have customer service.
