Question I am looking for.....

A set of black led side indicators for a 2009 e93. Anybody help. I've bought two sets now and neither of them will fit into the hole on the wing???

Maybe not the cheapest but bimmian.co.uk is good place.

Avoid the ones from Bimmian, they don't fit out of the box, and need trimming with a razorblade to get them to go in the aperture.

Even then there not a great fit.

sounds like you bought E90 ones instead of E92/3....they are different

OP why not just cover your OEM lights with Lamin-X? Same effect at a fraction of the cost...

I destroyed them removing the springs!!!
So I now have no side indicators.

The ones I have now will be going up for sale for 15 posted.

you could buy OEM indicators and tint them with something like laminex.

Most definately your best bet for a proper fit. However if you are unwilling to do th work then call SSDD. Mega's mate. He prodcuts usually are very popular accross the board on forums.
