SOS malfunction

Hi all,

Got the SOS malfunction tonight. Researched and seems to be the telematic control unit (TCU).

Has anyone had this error recently? What could've caused this?

it didn't work when i had the malfunction. When i went back a few hours later, started the car, everything was good. no errors and radio/bluetooth working.

I just got this to; was hoping someone would have an explanation as to why it happened. I was literally just driving, car was fine, and then I get the chime and this SOS call system malfunction

I had it happen like 6 times over 5 years. Always fixed itself.
