Exclamation E92-Lighting doesn't deliver

First of all I take full responsibility for not reading these reviews first before ordering. My bad. This is not to bash, it's just a account of my experience. Yours may have been totally different.

Ordered paint reflectors and a M3 spoiler on 4/3. I didn't specify E92 or E90 so vendor didn't have correct info til 4/8. Going off the info on the vendors thread I was looking at 9 business days so I figured a couple weeks. Heard nothing after that. Made a inquiry on the 16th, reply said by the end of the week via Fedex. That came and went so sent a followup email on the 21st. "Sorry the spoiler ships direct from painters shop, not us...". Get a UPS tracking # finally on the 24th. Get the package on the 26th but there's no spoiler. WTF? To me logic dictates that if you're going to spray the reflectors Lemans Blue you do the spoiler as well. It's not a common color and it makes no sense to have to set up with that color again. Anyways, I was done getting smoke blown up my ass. Asked for a refund or valid tracking # by EOB Monday the 29th. Got my refund. Done. Lesson learned.

I will say the reflectors look good and the paint is a match but I'm too f'ing old to have to work that hard to spend my $. Poor communication and lengthy waits try my patience.

On the flip side, ordered the same spoiler from JB Speed on the 29th. Had tracking # the next day and spoiler in my hands today, May 3rd. Easy. I like easy.

FWIW.... I think all vendors paint their reflectors in huge batches, so they don't have to go through the hassle of painting a few at a time.

(This is not in the defense of E92 Lighting, as I would never order off of them)

I was thinking of ordering some parts for E92-lighting since they got some competitive prices. Guess I won't anymore. Too bad bad reviews I've read now.
