Anyone use VAICO tranny pan?

99 dollars vise 220 bucks for "Genuine BMW" sounds like a steal just making sure its not some BS that doesnt even work. ECS offers it and i havent got a single bad part from them.
JB4 G5, ER CP w/TIAL BOV, DCI, ER FMIC, BMS METH KIT w/dual DO10's, AR 3in CATLESS DPs, HPF Gen2 Catback, RUF281 19'' wheels, Stoptech drilled/slotted rotors, M3 rep front bumper.
