FS 19in DPE R16's Matte Blk with Gloss blk Lip

Hello, Getting rid of my car and selling my DPE R16's off of my 2007 E92
19x8F 19x10R set of DPE R16 with a matte black center, gloss black lip (fat lip in the back) and thin silver stripe (not very noticeable)..wheels and tires included (tires are pretty bald, would need to get replaced), one of the rims had a bend that has been repaired. I will also include the spacers that are needed in the back along with the extended belts (believe I paid $120 for these) I am looking for someone local, I am located in Irvine, CA, they're currently off of my car.

Looking to get $1300! {Price drop}

Here are what I believe the specs are (DPE doesnt give offsets)

FORGED 2-piece
Front offset is et28
Rear is et44 (will need 10mm spacers to clear e90/e92)

Spacer needed on et44's in order to prevent wheel from contacting brake caliper?

Don't see how a spacer could help with rubbing (as in tire to wheel well) since a spacer pushes the wheel further outward. My suspicion is that a high offset like et44 would bring the spokes of the wheel too far inward such that they contact the caliper, and the spacer is required to alleviate that. But my understanding of offset figures is admittedly rudimentary.

I'm pretty sure it's for the inner part of the wheels so that the inner wheel doesn't rub on the spring.
