E90 325I 2006 Fuel Pump Control Module question

So recently my fuse for the fuel pump was blown. I tried to look for reasons why that happened, and while doing that another fuse was blown after a couple hours of putting it in. I took the seat off and realized that the pump never shuts off!!! It just keeps pumping and pumping non-stop. From that I concluded that the fuel pump relay (control module) is faulty, but I have no idea where its located. So my question is:
WHERE IS THE FUEL PUMP RELAY (FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE) LOCATED?
I've spent hours trying to research online and on my car without luck, please help and thank you!!!

You're the first case I've heard of.

Are you sure its not a bad pump? High current from a blown fuse might mean the pump is bad.
