How remove asphalt bitumen spots from car wrapped in 3M vinyl?

Hello,

My car is wrapped in 3M satin pearl white vinyl..

Ok, here in LT we have super road repairing program...
So when i cleaned my car i have noticed huge amount of little spots on car.. Some of them was cleaned with high pressure water.. But a lot of them left on vinyl... So I tried remove it with force but no luck... it only left stain.. so to remove it I need to clean my finger and surface from water and rub it till stain disappears...

So any suggestion how to remove asphalt spots from vinyl? I know there are some chemistry for painted surfaces but what about wrapped?

Thanks

As long as it's not particularly caustic, bug and tar cleaner should be safe for vinyl.

Also, any pics of your car? I've been considering the same color for my E92...
