Diesle smell

Hi,

When stood next to my car if idling, it stinks!!
The smell is very dieselly (i make up my own words when i need to!).

There is no smell or signs of anything untoward when sat inside car so i dont know how long it has been like it.
The car has been remapped recently, could it be because it is now burning more fuel or something??
I'm concerned that something isnt right and may be "burning" out??

My previous E91 smelt similar (remmapped 330d) but it was high milage and had had a hard life so didnt dig too deep......
Never smelt anything with remapped A4 or A5 - coincidence or is it a BMW thing?!

It smells of raw, unburnt diesel or burnt diesel / fumes?

How do I know if it has?
I have done about 500 miles of which probably 250 would have been on motorway

Is there a way of forcing it do a regen so I can rule it out?

There is a way of finding out when the car last did a regen and you can for one too but you need to get it plugged in with the software and laptop.
