I'm looking to transfer my 2011 BMW 335is lease. The car is in excellent condition. There are no dents, dings or scratches and its never been in any kind of accident. There are two exterior blemishes. The first is a rear wheel with a small bit of curb rash (see picture). The second is the front passenger wheel which has a bent exterior rim (occurred on 7/24/13). On the interior everything is perfect except on the door facing driver's side bolster. On the very edge is a little wearing of the color (see picture) Also the car is always garaged at home, and at work we have a parking garage so its covered there as well.

All service has been done locally at the BMW dealership Baron BMW. Paper copies of the service events are available, as well service events can be pulled off the key fob at any BMW dealership.

The reason I'm looking to transfer the lease is due to having a child a little over a year ago. We would like a second vehicle with more space than this BMW offers.

I've researched other 335is lease deals and you should find this one of the lowest lease prices that doesn't require any kind of security deposit or other down payment. Also, you're getting 4 extra wheels with winter tires already mounted and balanced, with TPMS, I paid $1,900 for that set up and they've only been through two winters.

I should also note, my winter tires are in storage so I did not take pictures of them, but they definitely are included unless you don't want them.

Bent Wheels: On July 24, 2013 I was driving on a boulevard doing roughly 45 mph and drove over a buckled piece of road. Apparently the buckle lip was high enough that it bent the front passenger wheel and slightly bent both rear wheels. Oddly the driver's side front wheel was unaffected. After driving over this lip I could instantly tell the alignment was off and I had a slight vibration. I took the car to Baron BMW who confirmed three bent rims. They have a guy who does rim repair and he quickly fixed all three rims. They removed all the wheel weights on all four wheels and re-balanced each. Each balanced true after the rim repair. Baron then did an alignment. Baron also inspected the suspension system and found no issues. The car drives the same as it did before running over that buckled road. The only remnant of this incident is the outside rim of the front passenger wheel is slightly bent. Baron said its tricky fixing the exterior of a wheel and opted not to do it since the wheel balanced fine without fixing it. The last two pictures in the photo gallery are of the passenger front wheel with the bent rim.

INCENTIVES: I will pay the $500 transfer fee, I will also include a cash incentive of $1,700. And in non-cash incentive I'm including I'm including winter wheels and tires with a new retail value of $1,900.

NOTE: BMW does not allow leases to transfer in the last 6 months of the lease. So anyone wishing to take over this lease will need to do so before approximately 11/27/2013.

Only if someone takes over the lease and doesn't want the winter setup. Otherwise, I'll need them on the car for myself this coming winter.

Do you still have this available??? Also do I assume right that this car is not equipped with the HK Sound? Just trying to figure out if it has the 6 speaker system of the Hi-Fi 10 speaker system...
Thank You

Yes the car is still available. And no, it does not have the HK sound system, just the base speakers/radio set up.

I've replied to all PM's and emails. If you have not received a response to an inquiry, please check your spam filter or reply to this thread to bring it to my attention.

I've also added right under the lease details a note about BMW not allowing lease transfers in the last 6 months of the lease with the approximate date of when I'll be crossing that threshold.

I've updated the lease details showing the current buyout price since the June payment was made today.

Also, the car went in for it's annual maintenance yesterday as well as BMW addressing a safety recall notice. So car is completely up to date with all recommended service, software updates, and recall notices.

I've updated the mileage on the car in the ad. Also, I had one question about the bolster wear. When looking at that picture there is a black looking area that one person thought was a rip of some kind. It is NOT. That is the Airbag flag that is sewn into the side bolster.

All PM's and emails have been responded to.

I've updated the ad for current mileage.

All PM's and emails have been replied to.

Lease cost per mile available is going to be one of the lowest you'll find for a 335is.

Updated my ad as another month has gone by and another payment made. Updated the mileage and the latest lease payoff information is good through 8/24.

Had an incident back on 7/24 that bent three of the wheels on the car. I put the details in the original post above. Baron BMW fixed all three bent wheels and the car drives fine now, but there is now an exterior blemish on the front passenger wheel where the rim is slightly bent on the exterior. It does not affect the balance of the wheel however.

Their wheel guy was willing to try fixing that exterior blemish but said it was risky as it could easily further damage the appearance, so we left it alone.

I priced out a new wheel from getbmwparts and the cost is $530, plus $30 shipping. So I'm now throwing in a $750 incentive to cover the cost of a new wheel and I'll pick up 1/2 of the lease transfer cost, $250 for a total incentive of $1,000.

The car drives fine now and I won't be replacing the wheel unless I still have the car come next May. I'm sure BMW will charge double that on the lease return, so if I still have the car come next May I will be replacing the wheel a month before the return date.

Updated mileage as of this morning.

Pre-tax payments left are 10 at $639 or $6,390 total. A payment will be made next week.

At $6,390 payments to make with 23,680 miles left to use that puts you at $0.27 per mile. I'd argue you won't find another 335i or 335is lease that gets your per mile cost that low. Most listed on here seem to be around $0.50 to $0.60 per mile.

And I'm throwing in winter wheels and tires plus $1,000 cash.

I've had some requests to see pictures of the bent front passenger rim. If you go to the photo gallery I linked to in my original FS post the last two pictures are of the wheel. The first shows an overall view of the wheel, the last picture shows an up close shot of the bent rim.

Updated the listing for mileage, and updates to incentives I'm willing to kick in.

A recurring question/negotiation item that has come up over the last couple months is on the transfer fee, if I would cover some or all. So I've decided to go ahead and cover the whole $500 transfer fee.

In addition, I will throw in $2,000 cash as an incentive. A portion of this cash could be used to replace the front wheel if it bothers you.

And as has always been the case, the car will come with four winter wheels and tires that retailed for $1,900; probably worth $1,200 to $1,400 now if I had to guess.

I took the car to Carmax and even with the bent rim they offered me $35,000 to buyout the car. If you were to take over the lease at no cost to you, you could buy the car for $39,147, less $2,000 cash I gave you for a net of $37,147. I think that price is decent considering the trade-in value is $35,000.

If you wanted to continue to lease the vehicle, with the $2,000 cash will bring your net monthly payment down to $417 pre-sales tax. If you take the wheel cost out of the $2K cash (roughly $600) you'll have a net monthly payment of $483 pre-tax.
