Wheels carry standard tyre sizes across the range. Theres no difference between 225Ms on a 320d or a 335i unless the owner has put on non-standard tyre sizes.

So, will the dirt be something like non washable? Does such case exist?
Cause I believe a dealer would always try the best to keep the car shines in attracting customers.....

Just wanting to know and if there is possibilities that the dirt can't be removed, I may take the cost to replace the rims into account when I decide whether or not to buy the car..

Yes there is such a thing, its called permanent brake dust, you need to call Uncle Ray Ray's Brake Dust Removals for a low cost cleaning service. If you are lucky you might even get your car a happy ending, one way to find out is checking inside the exhaust tips .
