That's a great looking car. Not the least of which is because red is so rare on them.

Ridiculously good deal.
I'd probably bump that price up a bit

Thanks, I thought I would probably get some response, but so far, not one inquiry.

I was at dealer yesterday,checking out the warranties. Since I only put 9K miles a year on it, I think ,if I do keep it, I'll just take my chances without a warranty. He also told me that carbon buildup is not covered.

My salesman also showed me a order sheet for a 320d AWD. Loaded to the gills, it was a little over $57,000. No thanks.

Also, correction on the mileage. It now has 35K.

I'm not interested in the neutered diesels. I'd only buy one if they still had the 335d motor. It's really a tough car to replace!

FYI 24K might be a tad low. Six weeks ago I bought a white 09 CPO car from my local BMW dealer with 33K miles that has couple more options for 28K, and I thought I got a great deal. I guess the biggest difference is the 100K warranty that comes with a CPO car. Anyway, great looking ride....Id keep it.....what could you buy for 24K that even comes close in performance and mpg? Answer...nothing.

Good price. I was thinking along your lines. It was $3k against $25k for me so decided to spend additional 3k and hold it on for 3 more years. I still have 4 more months on warranty so havent yet bought extended warranty but will do it in 2 months.

One low ball offer of 18.5K and that's it. Looks like I'll be keeping it.

Is 23K too cheap or considering the market, is it a fair price?

Since its an 09, basically base car but low miles I would probably expect a dealer to get $25-$26k, that doesnt say much about private party though

Id really love to get into a 335d. But a sports package is a must for me, Id like suspensions and sport seats. Currently drive a 2006 E320 cdi. Love the mpgs, but its just too soft for my liking. What are they charging for the extended warranty? I love the red btw.

I agree it's a tough sedan to replace. The power! The overall and highway mpg is great.

Moi aussi! 2005 E320 CDI -> 2011 335d w/ sport package.

I wanted a sports car so it wasn't to duplicate the Mercedes.
