Clue me in on what this "road force" thing is - I've never heard of it, and I've been working around cars for 50+ years. Is this something new in the way of mounting/balancing tires?

Roadforce is a fancy type of balancing that puts a load roller on the tire as part of the balancing process.

This sounds more like a couple guys at the dealer making mistakes and then the OP being completely unreasonable and flipping out.
