Best place in CNJ for windshield replacement

On the highway today I hear a loud crack, and what do you know a rock hit my windshield and made a spiderweb crack about a quarter in size.
JMK BMW said they charge anywhere from 1700 to 2200. No way in hell it should cost that much! Any people with experience in this? It's always something on a BMW! Uhg!

Depending on your auto insurance provider, a lot of them cover paying a company like Safelite (http://www.safelite.com/) to come out and glue up the spider web for FREE and no deductible.

Often times Safelite will just roll over the fix money into getting into a discounted NEW replacement windshield as well.

I would probably also give a for Coleman Auto (I've heard a lot of good things about him).

Now there are no guarantees here, but I was able to get an oem windshield at Coleman.

I wound up getting the oem windshield but without the "BMW" logo, with instal came out to 340. And the brand glass is what I had originally .
