Eibach pro kit on M sport

Looking to fill the arches on my E92 but there seems to be some confusion as to whether the pro kit offers any drop at all on M sport. Can anyone clear this up?

If so then I may be looking at the Eibach Sportline kit which offers more of a drop but with all the confusion I'd hate to be slammed to the floor & banished from all car parks.

Cheers.

Prokit will drop 10-15mm , from what I've seen, sportline looks exactly the same.

pro kit on an msport, dont bother mate! they are nick names the M Sport springs as they dont really make a difference to ride height at all!...

they do stiffen up the suspension however and improve it...but it doesnt lower the car much!
i had the pro kit, then sold them on to go down the coilover route!

if your going springs either the sport lines or the H&Rs!

OR...

Coilovers

Thank you. What made you go coilovers over other options?

If anyone has their E92 sitting on Eibach sportlines please upload some pictures, I'd love to see

coilovers because i was able to get them at a brilliant price (which i organised a group buy for for the forum members)

they are height adjustable, easy to adjust so you can drop/raise the car as and when you want to0

also the coilovers come with Adjustable shocks allowing you to adjust the ride stiffness (30 clicks between hard and soft settings)

I've got the eibach pro kit on my msport and I'd admit at first I was not impressed by the drop however now that's it's settled I think it's perfect it's enough to close the gap on the front tyre but I can still go over any speed hump and car park without going sideways

The sport lines and h&r are gonna get too messy because then you'll need to change your shocks etc. whereas with the pro kit because it's so similar to stock m sport but closes the gaps you can keep your original shocks as long as they're from the msport suspension. Also anything more than the pro kit is going to lower it so much you'll have trouble with humps etc

ill upload some pics of mine later today if I can

Although mine is an E91, its still an Msport with Eibach pro springs, and sits perfectly.
I wouldn't want it any lower.
I'm yet to scrape on anything so far, yet when I had H&R springs on my RS4 it scraped on pretty much everything!

Its on 19's with RFT's and the ride is very nice. Its firm but doesn't rattle your teeth and isn't crashy on bumpy B roads.
I'd go for H&R if you want it a bit lower, I find my setup is a decent compromise over lowering/looks and handling.
The springs have only been fitted around 4 months

I've had eibach pro-kits on my old e46 and thought the drop and ride quality were great . I generally opted for the kit with the lower drop at the front as the gap even with springs is too large for my liking

having said that I have my old coilovers for sale if you're interested:

I dont think the drop is actually that bad as std on M-Sport is it?

I certainly wouldnt do coilovers unless going for KW Variant 2's or 3's etc I struggle on B-Roads with travel enough as it is without getting any lower!

Hard to tell much difference between std and Eibach IMO

It seems M sport is the same as Eibach pro from what I'm reading, with the Eibachs potentially settling down a little over time. I am however on MV3's so being 18" they don't fill the arches as much as 19"

Pro Kit..

Back dropped ever so slightly but the front lost around 15mm - literally perfect for what I wanted.

Car is still usable as a normal car. It's like they're not there.

M sport is deffo not the same as eibach pro. Here is the catch tho - unless you have a heavy front end like 335d or i then you might suffer to get a noticable drop. Everyone who complain there is no drop in the front are not with a heavy block. Whereas me n several others who has a good drop in the front are 335i drivers or heavier engine's. Hope this clears things up.

P.s i really don't notice any rear drop
