Question Where can I find control arms?

I went to go get my car a wheel alignment, me they told me my tie rods were frozen, so they heated them up and cracked them loose. When I went to pick up my car, they told me I would need to change my control arms, and the tech showed me why.

He got in my car, rolled forward and stopped, and I watched the car stop, then jerk forward. I have noticed this happen before but just never thought anything of it.

Also since that day, my front suspension creaks when I come to a full stop or when I turn my wheel to the left. Any movement to the right, no noise, any movement to the left, get a creak.

Anyway, could all of this be associated with control arms? They suggested replacing my lower control arms, but I would just rather replace it all.

Where can I find these bad boys and do you think this would solve my problem?

I got mine from getbmwparts.com. Both upper and lower. OEM stuff, don't settle for cheaper alternatives. Probably around $450 for all four arms. If I were you I'd change ball joints, too, so you get a ride like a brand new car.
