Alpina Flash Transmission on Cold Start

Hi All,

Ever since the Alpina transmission flash for my car, I have noticed that during a cold start (or a start after the car has been off sufficiently long) that when I start driving, the initial gear shifting in D mode seems a little rough.
Specifically, the engine would rev to ~3K RPM before the transmission engages and shifts into 2nd gear. The transmission would then behave normally afterwards and shift smoothly.

Has anyone else noticed this symptom?

Reset your adaptations. When you initially flash the tranny, you should be going through all the gears, in various modes and different power levels before going WOT.

Yes you can reset via COBB. It's in the settings somewhere (Don't remember exactly off the top of my head)

Won't this work?

1. Put key in the ignition.
2. Click on the Start button without having your foot on the accelerator. At this point the lights on the dash will all light up.
3. Push the accelerator to the floor and hold it for about 30 seconds.
