2006 BMW 330XI  [0.00]
Thumbs up Just picked up my first BMW

Hey everyone,
Just picked up myself a new (to me) 2006 BMW 330XI . I saved all the money I made from my 2nd job part time job from the past year and a half.
(I would have saved for another year so I could afford a 335i but hey they did some layoffs.
It took a while but hey I'm only 20 and I'm fortunate enough to own one of my favorite brands at such a young age.

So it has Premium Package, Sports Package, Premium Sound, Xenon lights, Park Assist. Black on Black in Black.

Sorry for the mess, Just drove 225 MI home. (Now to buy some rubber mats LOL)

Soon I'll be picking up some new Kidneys as they have some road wear and a Flush GPS mount (Found a great thread about this!.) Then I need to get my hands on a spare and a trunk net LOL. After that some new wheels, Not a fan of the stock ones painted, Looks a bit off. Thinking of going with some style 410's or VS7s (except not OEM as I don't have that much) maybe a reputable wheel company but a cheaper set or something like that.

Well thanks for reading guys, By far the best car I've ever driven. Super tight steering and fantastic cornering.

A new BMW owner,
Mike

Congrats and welcome!

I'd ditch the wheels and tail light tints ASAP

Other than that, it looks great! Glad you're enjoying it

Cool car. I'm not usually fond of black cars, but you must like it, so congrats. They're very fun to drive cars.

I second new wheels. You have a million choices for wheels. There's a ton of vendors here that would love to help you make a decision and maybe even give you a discount.

You also might want to black out the chrome window trim and buy a black model designation to complete the look. Or you could go in a different direction and get chrome kidneys, non-black tails, and metallic wheels.

Agreed, good choice on the 330 vs. 335 for used car maintenance at a young age. I wish they had sold a 330xi coupe here.
