(DIY request) - Sunroof felt/gasket replacement

Going to replace the felt on my sunroof (on the exterior, around the sunroof glass) once the part gets in and I was wondering if anyone knew what holds it on there? I see DIYs for removing the sunroof glass, which looks fairly easy, but as far as removing the felt and replacing it I have no idea what to do yet. And yes I've searched like you wouldn't believe...

Anyone have a DIY link or know how to do this?

I am interested in this as well.

I've changed the front & rear window rubber trim due to age/deterioration, and now would like to do the same for the sunroof seal.

Did you find one in the end or figure it out?

I've heard it isn't easy, but I have no evidence to support that claim. I'm looking for an answer as well!
