Are you replacing Pulleys and Tensioners with Accessory belt change

I'm looking into change my serpentine/accessory belt. Just wondering if you guys are also changing the pulleys and tensioner at the same time. Or should I just change my belt?

Thanks

I'm just changing my power steering pulley as it seems to have been the culprit in my belt giving way. You should probably do so also, unless you have reason to believe that the belt simply wore out. My tensioner has the proper resistance and makes no noise, so it looks like I'm good there.
