Question Sevice Query

My 325i is due for a service now and im unsure whether to change my spark plugs or not. The car has only done 22,000 miles and a 56 plate.
The menu on the dash says 40k miles on the spark plugs but should i change them seeing as they are quite old now?

I will be doing the oil and brake fluid aswell.

Cheers.

Yeah i think i will wait. GSF had a 25% off serviceable items and was contemplating changing them since they are 6 years old.
