I would be playing around on wet pavement ONLY in an open corner, no way would I do that were there is a barricade on the outside corner! That is just asking to fuck something up!

Looks like he got scared and depressed the throttle at the end of the drift.
Poor bastard!

Yeah - not that I am an expert or anything but you are supposed to just ease off the throttle till your car gets straight not take your foot completely off. I have seen the same thing happen at the track where people start to slide coming out of a corner and just yank their foot off the throttle only to find their car grabbing traction and whipping around the other way.

It's all about throttle control. After exiting a drift you must slowly release your throttle untill your car is straight. Then puch it after the car has stabilized. He's gassing the car too early.

Drifting is not for pussies. Does not matter if on wet or dry. On dry it's even more dangerous, as the speed is much higher. So - if U started a drift, U need to finish it, no excuses, no lift off the throttle. U do it and U're f...ed. Like that one...

Yup. Looked to me like the punched the throttle right after car was straight because of the straightaway ahead and the throttle on the wet tracked caused the rear wheels to spin the car around and that's what happened.

Too much throttle, too little traction.

What a moron. As said the idiot just let off the throttle.

Result was similar to a highside on a motorcycle.
