Well, I love the car, but dealers technical abilities suck. People will be pretty forgiving of a glitch or two, but when you have to take a car back 12x for the same problem, sometimes for a month at a time, folks will get pissed off.

avg car owner is a clueless idiot

Dated a girl once.....dealer told her that it's normal for Fords to leak transmission fluid @ 4,300 miles on the clock......she believe them. Needless to say the relationship didnt last LOL

Meh. Doesn't surprise me if the criteria is absolute reliability. If the metric was smiles/driver pleasure per mile, the results would be different.

I'm always satisfied with BMW Concord's service and every time I get it back from them after service the car feels like brand new, I don't know how they do it.

By far over the years I have had more poor service experiences at Bmw dealers than good. Does not surprise me. I have learned that the SA has alot to do with it.
