can you replace a 255 sized tire for 265? ie. 255-35-R18 > 265-35-R18? If so...lets make a deal

Nice wheels and a nice price.

you can (I do) run a 265 rear tire and it is the proper size for the 9.5" CH rim.

I would suggest running a 12 to 15mm spacer in the rear as the offset is the same as the factory BMW wheel, which sits in too far IMO.

Can you tell me a little more about spacer options for a pre-LCI e90? Looks like you brought yours out a bit and I'd like to do the same but I don't know what I can get away with in terms of spacers and tire/wheel size (I don't want to need to roll the bodywork at all to avoid rubbing). Haven't been able to find consistent info - any pointers would be appreciated!

I run 10mm spacers in the front and 15mm spacers in the rear with the fenders rolled for clearance. With the KW V1s I fairly low, I'm not getting much rubbing at all. Others told me I could have gone 12mm in the front and 18mm in the back, but I thought that was a bit extreme and am glad I went with the 10 and 15mm setup. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks! Didn't see this reply for some reason at first but very helpful. The fronts aren't close to rubbing at all? (ie could 12s work?) And for the rear, any idea if 10/12 could fit without rolling the fenders?

I'm thinking a square setup with same spacing all around.

I have some slight rubbing in the front over big dips in the road, but there really is no damage at all after 3.5 years of running this setup. It's very light rubbing at the worst.....very liveable and I hate tire rubbing, so that says a lot.

if 15mm works in the back then 12mm will work fine.

A square setup may be best for the Xi but someone with more Xi experience and wheels could weigh in on this.

If you can find someone who just want the wheels, I would be interested in the tires. Lmk
